GarajBox is operated by company legal name, registered in Qatar under commercial registration number CR number, with its address at registered address.
GarajBox provides garage management software (job cards, quotes, invoices, customers and vehicles) and a network where spare parts suppliers sell parts to garages in Qatar. We act as an intermediary between garages and suppliers.
Garages and suppliers who meet through GarajBox agree to place their parts orders with each other through the platform. Arranging orders outside the platform to avoid fees may lead to suspension of the accounts involved.
A garage may be given a credit line by GarajBox or by a supplier. An order bought on credit must be paid by the date shown on the garage's Credit page. Credit given by a supplier is a matter between that supplier and the garage; GarajBox only keeps the record.
By accepting the credit terms in its account, the garage agrees that GarajBox works out a payment score from the dates its credit invoices are paid and from its returns, and shows this score as a letter from A to E, together with whether its account is frozen, to the suppliers registered on the platform. The amounts owed and the names of the businesses owed are shown only to the garage, to the business that gave the credit and to GarajBox.
When a credit invoice stays unpaid beyond the number of days shown on the Credit page, the garage's account is frozen with every supplier on the platform until the late invoices are paid. The garage can ask GarajBox to correct a record it believes is wrong, using the support button in its account.
Sign-up is free. The monthly fee for the garage software and the commission on parts orders are agreed with each business and shown in its account. Fees are in Qatari riyals.
The data you enter (customers, vehicles, documents) belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
We work to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. The supplier is responsible for the parts it sells and the garage for the work it carries out.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts of Doha.
